Bright Stars Nursery School strives to provide a secure, happy, physically, mentally and emotionally able to participate in our regular curriculum.

Bright Stars an equal opportunity provider of childcare services. Applications for enrollment are accepted without regard to race, sex, or national origin.
Upon enrollment, your child will be placed in a group based upon his or her developmental stage. Our day care accepts children of different ages based upon facilities availability and licensing requirements. The enrollment packet and the first two weeks tuition including $ 25.00 registration fee are due on or before the first day of your child’s attendance.

Group placement:

Each child’s advancement to next group is based on chronological age, developmental readiness, and available space. Children transition between groups by spending a portion of each day in the room before making the “big move”.

Immunization and Physical of Children:

All parents should make certain that their children are immunized according to the schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. If your child’s immunizations and physical are not completed your child may not attend the day care center until this is completed.

Emergency Procedures:

We practice regular fire drills at school.
The children are taught to listen to the teacher’s direction.
We have stored first-aid supplies and our teacher’s have first-aid and CPR training.


Parents are the best judges of their children’s health the child and we trust that you will not bring a sick child to the center: however, if, in opinion of Bright Stars Nursery teaching staff, your child is sick, we will call you to come to pick up your child.
If your child has been exposed to a contagious disease, it must be reported to the day care center by the parent as soon as possible so that the other parents may be notified. When we become aware letter will be posted on the Teacher-Parents Communication Board.
In the event of serious illness or injury parents will be contacted immediately.

Smoke free environment:

Bright Stars a smoke free environment. We ask that you do not smoke in the day care canter or in the view of the children as you drop off or pick up your child. Please refrain from dropping cigarettes around the school.


We respect the right of each family to privacy and confidentially regarding all information concerning your child.
